of Mr. Arvind Gaur, Mr. Ashish Rajput and Mr.C.L. Gupta, having more than 20 years experiences individually.
The other promoters of the Company are experts with drive, experience and insights in areas such as business analysis, trend
forecasting, real estate, financing, land legal matters and such as marketing specially real estate, finance & taxation. In the
notion, Customer satisfaction and Delivery of Quality products to end user is our main motto.
The company works on the motto to improve the living standards of the people by the providing them with ultra-luxury
Cottages, Farm Houses and Plots in the heart of Nature. The company has also successfully blended business excellence with
social commitment
The company has been established with the objective of making available, quality luxury products to consumers at affordable
rates, by using a mix of conventional and traditional mode of marketing, such as, establishment of bench mark in ultra luxury
cottages, villas, farm houses and plots too in the heart of nature.
The emphasis of the Company is on quality control through ensuring that the procurement and production of finished product
go through stringent testing and checks for quality and meet exacting QA standards as per established industry norms. The
other motto of the company is to make available these products to end users at affordable rates. To ensure reasonability of
cast of product to end users, with the belief that quality and pricing of the products, would induce and spur end users and

Mr. Shalabh Sharma
A graduate in Business Management from Delhi University, Mr. Shalabh Sharma dons many hats.
Having spent a greater part of his around 15 years’ career in the Banking Sector, he later switched over to Electronic Media heading its Sales & Marketing Division. Some of the leading companies he has been associated with include Citibank, DCB (pioneered Retail Assets) and News 24 (a nascent organization then where he played a key role in establishing its presence). Thereafter, he joined UTV and Walt Disney where he was one of the key persons instrumental their growth. At KB Group he is looking at the Marketing & Sales.
